Terms of service

What you are agreeing to when you order — including a plain account of the risk, which most of this industry will not give you.

Last updated 7 September 2026

These terms explain what StormFame sells, what you need to give us to receive an order, how delivery and the 30-day refill and money-back guarantees work, what you may and may not use the service for, and an honest account of the platform risk involved in buying engagement. They are written to be read, not skimmed.

1. Who we are and what this service is

StormFame (stormfame.com) is operated by AUDIBLAZE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, of 2 Fenton Road, Bournemouth BH6 5EY, United Kingdom. We have been trading since 2019. In these terms "we", "us" and "StormFame" mean AUDIBLAZE LTD.

We sell social media promotion services: followers and likes for Instagram; followers, likes and views for TikTok; and views, likes and subscribers for YouTube. You choose a service and a quantity, you give us the public username or public link the order should be applied to, you pay, and we deliver.

These terms are the agreement between you and us whenever you place an order or use this website. By ordering, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not order.

Our services are supplied for promotional and entertainment purposes. StormFame is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta or Google in any way. All trademarks belong to their owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are. You also confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that the payment method you use is your own or one you are authorised to use.

3. What you give us, and what we never ask for

To deliver an order we need one thing: a public @username, or a public link to the post, video or channel you want promoted.

We never ask for your password. We will never request login details, one-time codes, two-factor codes, or access to your account. If anyone contacts you claiming to be StormFame and asks for a password or a code, it is not us. Do not give it to them, and please tell us at instactive6@gmail.com.

Two things are your responsibility before you order:

Do not change your username, set your account to private, or delete the post while an order is running. Any of these can stop delivery part-way, and the part already delivered before the interruption is not refundable. What is left can be restarted once the account is public again, within your 30-day window.

4. Orders, checkout and delivery

Checkout runs as a guest through our payment partner, followers.gg; you do not need to create an account. We accept card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The price shown on the package is the price charged. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation by email.

Orders start within 30 minutes of payment in the great majority of cases. "Start" means delivery has begun, not that the full quantity has landed.

Smaller orders usually complete quickly. Larger orders are delivered gradually, over several hours or several days, at a pace meant to look natural rather than arriving in one visible spike. We consider an order fulfilled when the quantity you paid for has been delivered, however long the drip takes.

Delivery speed depends in part on the platforms themselves, which change how they handle traffic without notice. We can be held to delivering what you paid for. We cannot promise the exact hour it will finish.

Because delivery begins within 30 minutes, by placing an order you ask us to begin supplying the service immediately, inside the 14-day cancellation period that the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 would otherwise give you. You acknowledge that once delivery has started you lose the right to cancel in respect of the part already supplied. Our own 30-day money-back guarantee, set out in section 6 and in the Refund Policy, is broader than that statutory right and is what we will apply in practice.

5. Refill guarantee

Some drop-off is normal on every platform. Because of that, every order carries a 30-day refill guarantee: if the followers, likes, views or subscribers you paid for drop within 30 days of delivery finishing, we top them back up free of charge.

Refills are automatic. We re-check the count during the 30 days and restore what is missing without you needing to claim. If you notice a drop and nothing has changed after 48 hours, email us from the address you ordered with, give the order and the username or link, and we will run it by hand.

The refill covers the quantity you originally bought. It does not cover losses caused by the account being set to private, the username being changed, the post being deleted, or action taken by the platform against the account as a whole.

6. Money-back guarantee

We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If an order does not start, arrives incomplete, or is not what the page described, you can have your money back within 30 days of purchase. Its full scope, including the few situations we cannot refund and what we do instead, is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You may only order for an account, post or video that you own or are authorised to manage. Do not send us someone else's account.

You also agree not to use our services in connection with:

We may refuse or cancel an order that falls into any of these categories, and we may refuse service to anyone. Where we cancel an order that has not been delivered, you get your money back.

8. Platform risk, the honest version

No provider can promise there is zero risk. Any provider that does is either not being straight with you or does not understand the platforms. We would rather tell you plainly what the risk actually is.

Instagram, TikTok and YouTube all have terms that discourage third-party engagement, and all of them run automated systems that remove engagement they judge to be inauthentic. In practice the realistic outcomes are that some of the delivered count drops away over time (which is what the refill guarantee is for), or that the platform declines to pass the engagement through at all.

Risk is mostly a function of how engagement is delivered, not whether you buy it. Bulk dumps of thousands of accounts in minutes, from a narrow pool of obviously fake profiles, into a small account, are what trip detection. Gradual delivery, sensible quantities relative to the account's existing size, and spacing between orders are what keep it quiet. That is why we drip larger orders instead of dumping them, and why we would rather sell you a smaller order that behaves normally than a big one that does not.

What follows from that:

We do not control the platforms and we cannot influence their decisions about any account. We cannot guarantee reach, sales, brand deals, monetisation, entry to any creator programme, or any particular result from the engagement we deliver.

9. Limitation of liability

We will supply the service with reasonable care and skill, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. This includes lost income, lost sponsorships, lost opportunities, loss of data, or restriction, suspension or removal of an account by a platform.

Where we are found liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

10. Changes, law and how to reach us

We may update these terms, for example if we change how a service is delivered or a platform changes its rules. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes take effect when they are posted here.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute can be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring a claim in your local courts, and nothing here takes away protections you have under the law of the country you live in.

Questions about these terms, an order, a refill or a refund all go to the same place: instactive6@gmail.com, staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a typical reply in under 15 minutes. Include your order details and the username or link so we can find it quickly. Post can be sent to AUDIBLAZE LTD, 2 Fenton Road, Bournemouth BH6 5EY, United Kingdom, but email is faster by some distance.
